When does the PIED go away.

Hi what type of ED are you experiencing? I note you said you wanted to wait to have sex until marriage so I'm not quite sure how you know you have ED?

 

Okay thanks for clarifying. If you are 58 days into no PMO then you are not stimulating yourself so of course you are not going to be as hard. I suppose you mean morning wood or random erections? Honestly I would try not to worry about it if possible. Being sexually stimulated particularly by another is a total different experience and I have the feeling you will be fine when that happens. From a females perspective the first time we have sex with you we expect it to be not so great, whether you are a virgin or not. It will not last long, and you will be nervous so will she. It's after that that you work at getting better at it. You are young and you have stopped for 58 days! That's freaking awesome. Keep it up and when the time comes you will be ready.

 

PIED does not go away on command.
It probably does not go away as fast as you would like.
It goes away much faster than it came.
Instead of it "going away," think about it as it "healing."
How long does it take a torn ligament to go away?
How long did you work at building up to PIED? How many hours of P? How many hours of edging? How many sessions of PMO? How much time spent fantasizing, desiring or replaying?
If you heal in 3 years, you got off easy.
If you heal faster, you were blessed.

 

Come on don't exagerate it, I, personally can't get any erection nor excitment if i'm on my PMO routine, and i'll get a weak erection if i'm at 7 days NoFap, that's my experience, i literally was on a bed with a girl at different situations like i said (PMO routine, 7 days NoFap, few days NoFap etc...) and it can change fastly.

Actually my opinion is that you NEED to be around girls, if you are close with a girl, you see her everyday, you think about her everynight, and there's something going on between you two, you can recover extra fast, i experienced it but i was around the girl for just one week and then came back to my country and my PMO routine.

What i say here is that for people like me, that was addicted to porn before even have sex and that have trouble having sex more than the people that went addicted at 50 or so, the solution is to be around girls, you definitely won't heal if you are alone all the time on nofap, we have to get out of our comfort zone, no other choices.

 

My point is you that you have to go look for them, i see you want to wait till mariage wich i respect but you have to find a girl to marry, actually i think you'll have to change this mentality, just meet girls and see what happens, how old are you ?

 

Anti depressants themselves impact erections. Go by your morning wood. If it's super hard and last a good amount of time things should be ok. You should also be nice and firm during during the day. Not erect but firm.

This is spot on I think I once said like a broken arm in a cast. First while in the cast you would not try to lift 50 pound weights just to make sure it worked would you? Or bang your arm on something to make sure you could still feel it? She once you get out of a cast you go slow and you don't expect your arm to function like or did before right away.

From all my research, this is the question everyone wants to know, yet is the hardest to answer. So many variables. What age did you start viewing heavy P, have you had real intimacy before, frequency of PMO, your brain, genetics, etc.

I was only recently afflicted with some PIED, but have had many sexual experiences throughout life. I've been free from PM for a week, and already noticed a difference with my partner (so did she). I was struggling with weak erections for a couple months (50% erect). Last night I felt closer to 80%, and it was a huge confidence boost.

My goal is still 90 days, regardless. Additionally, I recognize that I may still experience peaks and valleys. It's certainly possible that the next time we try it reverts back or doesn't work at all.

Adjust your plan to tailor to you. For me, being with a woman is important for me to heal. I have already developed the part of my brain that responds to a real live woman. I just need to revive it, and continue to abstain from the P.

 

From my research, if you’d like to know a number and date like I wanted to know, 5-7 months typically is the average recovery time for young adult males who have had access to virtual P and was involved with PMO for years. Some studies came to a conclusion that it could be even longer than 7 months, but the max within their studies came to a year and 4 months to fully recover.

“recover” includes 100% erection, natural response to physical stimuli of women, less clouded judgement, energy levels were high, testosterone increased, albedo back to homeostasis or higher (depending on influences during study)... there were also results that displayed there were lower objectifying women as “sex ready” individuals within male studies for those who recovered from PIED.
That’s just a small list of the rewards that came from abstaining from Porn and MO.

In my experience just a month away from porn turns me into an iron sex machine. And please, I have been watching porn since I was like 11. When the time comes you will get hard. You need to feel free.
