[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I'M DONE WITH THIS CHALLENGE !!!
Day 14 passed really quickly with no real urges.
I'm going to move to the 21 days one now .

Day 0 once again.

 

day 12/14 and the urge to M is H U G E!!! I will resist. Is a few seconds of release worth wasting 19 days nofap for?????

 

Day 1, calm day

 

Day Eight. Officially one week in

 

still in....eyes on the floor and all the temptations shall pass

 

Day 1- nothing new.. just checking in

 

12 days (/14) and counting.
The war is on

 

Day zero again. Learning from my mistakes, I know I can do this!

 

Checking in late again today, day 2 of 14 is done. I'm noting that urges increase as the evening draws near.

Today was easy, mostly because I kept myself busy. Went out to get groceries and later dinner with my family. Now I'm just winding down.

Day one passed family, less temptation so far. From my observation and research the 3rd, 5th day, 1week, 2weeks and 1month days are quite the challenging ones. Let's keep moving Boyz am geared up for war, on to next one. Day 2 here I come!!!!!!

 

I officially completed the 14 day challenge! It feels good, wasn't easy at times but all worth it. Today is the start of day 15 of my next goal of 21 days!!

Checking in day 5...seen a movie that had some triggers in it but didn't go look at P afterward so that's a good thing for me.

Day 10 completed. I keep having sexual-related dreams and I think thats a great sign of my recovery.
