    hello iam new to this forum.
    but I have been trying to quit for a whole year.. constant relapsing has been killing my soul.
    as my counter says my first goal is to achieve 30 days pmo free..
    I will try to post daily..

    Welcome to the site! Congrats on your decision!

    I am new as well and have been trying to quit forever. My initial goal is to achieve 10 years of pmo free; seems like a hard one, but I know I can do it! I must!!!

    Welcome to the site! Congrats on your great decision towards a better life.

    I am new as well and have been trying to quit forever. My next outcome is to quit it for a decade; right, it seems like a tough one, but I know I can do it. I must!
