    Hey fellow Fapstronauts...
    Im male/17 years old and decided to stop PMO recently.
    I got in contact with Porns when I was 13 and I only watched them 1-2 twice a week. It was rather a special thing back then. But now I use to PMO almost 2 times a day and as I read some threads in this Forum, I noticed in what situation I am actually and want to change my life from now on!
    Tho I PMO'ed twice a day I don't have much social friends and never had a "real" relationship between a girl and me. And all that because of PMO'ing? Before I found that Site I didn't even think about, that that is the reason I am still a virgin and have no GF.
    So I decided to stop it finally and get a new grip on my life.. I want a girlfriend and more social life! In my free time I am playing much video games but because of school I only play them on weekends now. Really happy to can join this community, if there are some questions open to me just ask them =)

    Welcome to the group :).... if you dont have any yet, I would suggest that you have some strategies / plans for battling PMO. It would help to direct your efforts.

    Well I'd say that I will avoid going on Instagram for example to not see any sexual errousal pics :)

    yes i also did that, i created fake google account so i could store all hot pics from insta.

    Welcome friend, good luck with your fight against the evil PMO :p
    i watched P for around 4 years, and I am alredy on a 3 weeks streak without it. It may not be the easiest thing in the world, but with the right mindset we can do it (sometimes i have the urge to do it, but i decide against it)
    I hope my little story gives you some motivation as well :)
