It's time again!

Hi guys and gals!

It seems like every three years or so I have the strong urge to make a positive change, at least the statistics in my signature says so (was a heavy smoker for over 15 years, etc.)! So I guess it's that time again, eh?

My urges are irregular and usually only a handful of times most weeks. So I will try to keep you all posted from time to time; let's help each other get out of this mess, shall we?
