Semen in urine?

Hope that this is the right subsection and sorry if this is TMI

I've known about nofap for a couple years but I've never actually given it a decent go until the last few months of this year. My longest nofap streak has been a month, however for two of those weeks I was on holiday in the USA and I had sex a few times there. So the longest I've probably been without an orgasm is maybe three weeks. I'm not big on counting days but I think I'm on day seven and have had very few relapses over the last three months.

Now quite often, ever since I was 11 but it became more so when I was 13/14, I would often (TMI) experience a milk white fluid when urinating at the end of the stream, and sometimes have what appears to be thicker urine at the start of the stream as well. Sadly I found out about pmo at the young age of 11 and I pretty much would fap (with or without porn) at least once a day, and when I was younger possibly twice or three times after two or three times I wouldn't ejaculate sometimes.

Three years ago I went to the doctors as a hypochondriac I thought the cloudy urine was a sign of something bad. They did a test and found immotile sperm and that I had retrograde ejacuation, which means you cum into your bladder instead of out your penis. Yet I knew that after a good wank I would jizz (or nowadays a good fuck) heaps of semen. So this was alarming but they told me not to worry and if I want kids and have issues, I could see a doctor. Now remember that doctors also say masturbation is healthy. I would experience this cloudy urine infrequently, if I masturbate once a day it was rare. Yet after two or three days of abstaining, I experience this cloudy urine. I've only ever had one wet dream and that was after just a week streak where I was on holiday.

My main concern is the benefits from semen retention. If I am urinating my semen, will I still gain the benefits after say 30 days hard mode (more energy, better focus, women attraction etc)? Some say it's more about the dopamine, others say it's from the fact we aren't wasting our seed, Yet I'm urinating my seed away basically. What's the deal, is this normal for those who are rebooting? I feel like going to the doctor will be pointless if they had no concerns three years ago, and I'm not concerned either except for potential benefits lost.

My question is actually will I not gain the benefits if my semen is being discharged? I know that this is just a benign thing that seems quite common if not every guy on nofap may have it, yet a lot of people say its the semen retention that gives them the benefits.

I see what you mean, and I have checked out yourbrainonporn in the past. That being said I have found people talking about the active act of semen retention giving them benefits, I believe due to the nutrients of the semen being reabsorbed into the body
