Sleep issues

    I can't sleep, barely a few hours each night. I wake up so many times in the night, really frustrating. I've had trouble sleeping for years, could be caused by the anxiety and depression.

    No matter what I will meditate 20mins every day

    If it is anxiety I can assure you that breaking a sweat 2 hours before bed will help ,exercise for a hour at least , cardio is probably the best , run or do shadow boxing something that will really take your breath away and then after that jump into a cold shower (not in the winter) , I can assure you it will help
