I just wanted to introduce myself. Im already a little into my journey and im proud to say that i have absolutely no urges to go back but im still struggling with side affects. Ive been without a girlfriend for about 5 years as well as any kind of sexual encounter, and ive always had a problem with ED with prior girlfriends and only recently connected it to porn addiction. Im 25 years old and have been PMO'ing probably since i was 14, maybe younger. I started NoFap about a week before starting a new relationship and im worried that PIED is already ruining the relationship. We first tried to have sex the first week in and again last night, both times i was unsuccessful. I dont know how to explain to her whats going on, i just do what ive always done and say "this has never happened before". I dont know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

thanks for the advice, i dont think its helping my positive thinking now that she is kind of putting me off today. i guess i can see where this is going haha.
