I am in for October month challenge. Already 10 days passed still curious for new challenge. Any Accountable partner throughout globe welcome let start the wonderful journey.

Almost one month mark this Saturday! By October 31, hopefully 60 days of no PMO will be achieved!

We can do it! I’ll reach 90 days in November!!!!!!

Given that I'm 16, it's gonna be hard mode for me. I'm here to try and become the happier, healthier person I once was before PMO became a problem. I'm also participating in the 7, 14 and 21 day challenges for more specific support in my journey. I completed the 7 day challenge, and although it's early days for me, I feel ready to tackle October!

I want to make it past October definitely, but my main goal is to just stay PMO free for as long as possible. Hopefully through to 2018 but that's a massive goal and it's gonna take some work.

I'm back in for entire month of October, no PMO even with the wife.

 

Relapsed this time. Masturbated after 10 days. But my aim is to keep constant at 14 days per jerk off.

*Focus on my studies
* Lose weight

They do not reset the counter. There is no P or M involved, it's a natural involuntary process that doesn't count for O either. I've read some people can have a bit more difficulty staying nofap for a couple of days after, but not sure how prevalent that is.
