    This is my first day... i am addicted to porn and masturbation for the last 4 years because of this habit i lost the respect that others had on me and i lost my talents and instincts and the worst part is i lost the girl i loved so much.. so whats the worst could happen in my life again..?? so guys i need your advices.. how you get over this addiction... help me...
