What am I going to do differently this month in order to be successful?

 

23 days 'hard mode', which it has to be, as I have fallen out of sexual intimacy with my life-partner. That was partially due to being re-wired by, and habituated to, porn. But it is also to do with other factors, including illness and aging. Nowadays, it's hardly a problem, because I don't actually 'get horny' any more - not unless I actually do something to bring that about. And the last few days, I am having a few flashbacks. But I really want to stay steady, so here's to maintaining the day counter for the whole of October.

Just started, 1st try ever, committed to no pmo in October for sure, extending thereafter to 90 days and then 180 days.

 

Once again I begin a month with high hopes!

 

I'm in. Started my streak on the 30th or so I guess, so yeah I'm all geared up for this October!
Just don't want to relapse ever again, it feels like Disneyland to a haunted house situation everytime that happens.
