How can I stop Fantasizing?

    Whenever I'm out in public and I see an attractive woman I immediately start thinking (in great detail) about what it would be like to have sex with her. It's almost like I'm watching P mentally and I feel like this is holding me back in my rebooting process. It also makes me feel really bad because I don't even know these women, yet I'm constructing these elaborate fantasies in my mind and I don't want to be "that guy" anymore. Anyone else struggle with this and have any tips on how to keep my mind busy and off of sex?

    It happened to me too around the 20th-25th days. You should just ignore it and start thinking about something else, non-sexual, in great detail. For example something you really like other than porn (sport, music). For the rest don't worry too much about it, it will pass in the next days, you just have to endure.

    I find the best combination for me is a mixture of hitting the gym hard, cold showers and just hanging out with mates.

    I don't know of any techniques to make this easier, but you need to force yourself to think about something completely different. With time and practice, it will become easier and easier. It's crucial that you get rid of these fantasies if you want to truly reboot, so don't give up!

    Just try to think about somethingelse.You shall not just reboot your penis , you shall reboot your life so don't focus on sexual related stuff.

    All great replies in here, I will try the cold shower advice, Ray my advice would be instead of looking at these women as sexual objects acknowledge to yourself how beautiful the woman is and how beautiful of a wife she would be to someone and resist the urge to lust , you can do this ;)
