    Fuck I relapsed again. I feel like giving up right now. Just throwing this whole thing out the window and letting mylife get ruined despite the really good progress I have made. This is how I feel after a relapse attempt. I feel like a fucking failure for letting myself and everyone down. I dont think there is any hope left. I might be done.
