Day 7/21 is done. Couldn't sleep well last night. Shall go to bed now.

Day two.

Actually today was my birthday and I wasn't at home so no chance for urges at all. In the evening I also went swimming for the first time in a while. Also excercised a little bit... Just the usual stuff.

My goal is actually 30 days for now so after this challange I'll be on my own for one more week. Though this time I want to get there on the first try so yeah...

Haven't posted for a few days - I've been at the beach with no Internet access. Easy way to pass days 5, 6, and 7.

 

Day 12/21

Was quite busy at the college. So, No way of any urges. It was a good day. I had no thoughts on PMO today. So, it's one of the best thing for me.

Total Done: 10 days/11 days out of 21, tomorrow will be 12 days out of 21 days. (Yesterday was busy!)
Total: 32 days, tomorrow will be 33 days!

Only 9 more days left to go for this challenge. Just a week and 2 more days left then it's on to 30 day challenge!

Update:

Still pretty much in flatline. Only 1 erection today, that's about it.

Welp, day 9, that makes 30 days total, and you know what, I was thinking I would jump out immediately, but I don't feel any particular need to tonight

 

Relapsed today. This is really stupid. It's like a mosquito that won't leave you alone. I can shake off the urge 3 to 4 times but after that, I just "give up" and the mosquito bites me. I won't let it happen again. Going to try maxing out on pushups next time. Day 0 wish me luck

Unfortunately I relapsed yesterday, but I want to get right back to it. So day 0 of this challenge it is again!
