    It all started in 1991 as an experiment and 26 years down the line I still can't control my addiction to masturbation. Porn is not a big deal, masturbation is. Don't even remember when I watched porn last.

    I have had sober days and the longest was about 18 days I believe.

    To control, started counting the no. of times I jerked since 2015.

    2016 was a better year with just 113 times on a target of max. 119 times.

    This year has been bad with 132 already on cards.

    Most vulnerable during sleep times and in the washrooms.

    This has to STOP.

    You really have a good handle on the problem. Better than me I'm sure.

    But the problem of having most problems in bed and the washroom I relate to. More the bed. I sleep alone in my own room, I used to have all the things needed, my laptop, my lube, my cum rag.

    Now, my room is for sleep. Being circumcised, I need the lube. There is none in my room. So, m is not much of an option. Hey, sure, I could go buy some - but anything that ads a step makes it more difficult to m and easier to keep my no pmo goal.

    As for the washroom, my best advice is "make it more difficult". Perhaps a clear shower curtain, can you shower with the door open? What about cold showers? That helps me (although I'm just not into masturbating in the shower). I say make the room less m friendly - not sure when or where you mean.

    Can only offer my own experience.

    It is fun but almost always feel guilty post the MO and that's what I want to get rid of by killing the root cause.

    Will take it one day at a time.
