Can’t get over porn

    i amtrying to get rid of porn but I can’t there are somethings that always drive me crazy like the longest streak I had without porn was 3 month then after three months I started watching porn again

    let me ask you a question, are you satisfied or having intense PMO sessions? I know my satisfaction has gone south big time, thats what brought me to this site.

    thats ok that you relapsed after 3 months. Some people relapse after 5 months or even a year. The important point is to not beat yourself up, take responsibility for the event and move on.

    You went 3 months without, that is more than many nofappers who try out this challenge. If you can go without porn for 3 months, then you can do 4, then 5 months then a year. Eventually you just don't feel like it anymore.

    You already have a reference experience that you can go without porn for a long time. Keep at it!
