[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Back to day zero, on day zero. I lasted less than 12 hours. Fuck, this is really playing games with my head/emotions. I need to quit drinking alcohol because it makes me incredibly weak and I make terrible decisions. I wish all of you the very best.

Day 4 went just fine. I have a sinus infection though. Blergh. Still, at least I have no energy to relapse.

Can't believe I finally did it, felt like forever!

 

Nicely done! Now just keep going; one day at a time, one foot in front of the other.

Day 6: Done! It's definitely been my best and easiest day by far. Almost there!

Day 16 back at work today after time off sick being entertained at work actually helped me to be distracted
