    Hi. I joined the community to help me stop/limit masturbation. I quit porn a while back with only one relapse so far, but I find quitting regular sexual release a lot harder. I'm doing this for several reasons, but mostly out of religious/spiritual ambition. Living in such a sexualized society, and with my old habits haunting me, I believe I'm going to need every once of help I can get to pull this of.
