First day of NoFap challenge

    Day one of the challenge. I'm home alone, but plan to spend the time on the treadmill, doing laundry and housework before I leave for my office at 930.

    nice one bro, i started on the 22nd of august being 23rd was my birthday, i am mostly at home alone so i am mostly here reading articles or checking updates on soccer/football transfer update, basically do anyhthing that catches your fancy read if you must, make researches, watch tv and movies, listen to music and spend time with family, in the evening i take my dogs for a stroll and at night i play games and also watch movies...you will be fine, you can beat this, take yourself out get yourself stuffs
