I am trying to cure death grip and DE
In the last 68 days 1) I have not used my hands all at 2) thrice my GF gave me a handjob 3) had sex 5-6 times, of which 2-3 times I was successful in cumming inside her
4) I dont have any signs of flatline....I easily get hard..just by thinking or looking at attractive girl, I was like this even before nofap.
5) I have been free of sex for the past 20 days now,

So past 20 days can be seen as my period of pure nofap or hard mode...I plan to do hard mode for 90 days to recover from death grip fully.

My question is: Why am I not getting flalined? or am i reading flatline wrong?
