Viruses/malware on PC.

Use linux operating system to go to place with NTD (network transmitted diseases). It is bullet proof.

 

I'm on antergos atm. Fast/lightweight/and virus free.

What do you already have for computer security? Are you getting these viruses by downloading things or just from browsing websites?

 

Porn and masturbation is so destructive. I bet most of you, like me, heard the opposite growing up in this sick modern world. It's pathological, leads to so many problems. Draining our life energy.

 

Look man, we need you in this world. So many people are lost in the fog of PMO and other destructive habits. We need people like you who've woken up and realized how destructive PMO is. Together we can make the world a better place, by improving ourselves we'll improve the world.

Just realizing the destructiveness of PMO is a giant step, few people in our modern world have that realization, being a part of this community contributes to share that knowledge.

Not to mention how much a suicide would upset your family and others around you.

We can't change what's been in the past, instead of focusing on the past, I'd advice focusing on positive action in the present. The present moment is the only thing we have control over.

 

I work in the world of computers and have destroyed my pc's many times due to my addiction, like other posters here have said it's destructive and often I think I could have done a lot of productive things in my time looking at porn.

If Malwarebytes bitdefender didn't work and depending on your operating system, a reset should clear up your clear your system as it wipes the partition your OS is on and restores the operating system from a back up on another partition, only options that remain, is if the virus is in your Masterboot record, these are serious viruses and you either need to delete the partition and recreate partition and install the operating system from scratch, this is time consuming and can be a pain to do.

The start up sound and closing sound not being there could be because you need to customise your sounds to include these, your internet explorer acting weird is because you might have reintroduced malware from a USB or some other source (which means another reset)

Slowness of internet might be your home connection rather than something malicious, your HP sounds could be from a windows theme, the home page being HP might have been a preset in your internet explorer, you can change this option, these things shouldn't really matter if your PC is fully working. To be honest if I wasn't computer programmer I would have probably spent tons of cash on fixing my computers. Porn fog is one of these things which makes you compelled to do something, like you said your head is probably full of dopamine when you decided to go on your PC. My advice is use this as a warning to keep yourself from doing this next time.

 

I wonder if you got the virus through an ad, then. You need a good firewall to keep out viruses that come through malicious websites. If you don't want to go with one of the major ones such as norton or kaspersky, Comodo is a popular free one.

I doubt that you're going to be hounded for money. It's much easier for criminals to hunt for credit card numbers or put out browser jacking scams and wait for some dummy to send them cash.
