    Hey. I started watching porn when I was 14. I started mastubating shortly after I started and have stopped since then. I tried stopping multiple times and the longest I ever gone was 13days. I'm tired a lot and I have a lot of tension, back pain, and headaches. My hairline thinned a little when I was 19; when I turned 24 it started receding badly. I want to stop so bad!

    Sadly, sometimes simply having the will is not enough.
    Make a list, make a plan, and try to stick to it.
    Start with the EASIEST and SIMPLEST step possible, and you will make it is a more attainable goal. In time, you will be able to do anything.

    HI Eddy, welcome NoFap. I'm here for two days. I started M 12 and now I'm 34. I tried so many times and this site give another chance to do different. One thing that helped me is read the EBook of NoFap. It takes a long time but it was important for me. I hope that this new helps you too.
