Can anyone tell me, if I watched porn without even touching myself, is that fail? Am I ruining all over and must count from start?
I wanted to watch porn so much and I just did it, but I stopped myself before I made a really huge mistake.
    Is that a relapse?

yes, it is relapse because P in PMO stand for porn, if you watch porn and you're sexualy aroused it's relapse

  3. Hello, what I would say is that your actions play a very big role in this case.

Q: Was it wrong to intentionally look at porn?

    A: Yes
    .

Q: Was it good that you stopped and broke the regular pattern of Porn-Masturbation-Orgasm?

    A: Absolutely, yes.

So I can say, you don't have to reset your counter as you've told your brain not to follow the regular PMO pattern and actually stopped. However don't think this gives you a reason to keep intentionally viewing porn and then not masturbating with my reason for why it's good as an excuse. Let this be your first and last time doing this. Further accidental viewing is alright, as long as you quickly exit and clear your mind from any ill thoughts. So I would say, relax, you've made a small blunder but you're not in a bad spot. Brush it off and keep going.

Something important I have to add is that the reason so many people relapse is because they use every little factor as a relapse, so they don't feel "clean" and they "fully relapse". It's like an "OCD" thing. A perfectionist thing. Streaks do NOT need to be perfect, but you have to play by the main rules. So yes, although viewing porn isn't good, let this be a lesson and move on! :)

  4. Sorry for the extra post, just to add on something. Yes, although one rule in No PMO is not to view porn. Porn is pretty much EVERYWHERE these days, it's not humanly possible to live a normal life without accidentally coming across some form of trigger (in which everyone has a different one). So from what I said earlier, let this be your first and last time viewing porn in this streak and move on.

Thank u, guys. My point was what I am wanted to doing something and I am get started, but stopped myself at the start. Of course, I don't want to want to watch porn, I want to stay away from it. I don't finding a sneaky way to continue watching it.
I just wanted to ask if it's a relapse and I am completely failed or not and I can move forward...that is the question

  7. Really it’s up to you if you want to count it as a relapse.
But I would recommend not getting too down on yourself. Whether you want to count it as a relapse, just keep avoiding it from now on. What you do today should be the same whether you relapsed yesterday or not.

    Keep up the fight!
