New Member looking to quit PMO

Hi all,
I've joined this forum to kick the habit of watching porn, masturbation and orgasm linked to porn. I've been trying to quit for the last two years with little success where I would enjoy at best a few week of no PMO, however I would end up succumbing to those urges. I decided to join this forum to help guide me through the process, gain insight into others who are doing the same and also contribute where possible.

I believe the whole PMO factor has contributed to some of the deterioration of my married life and sex with my wife, hair loss and overall energy loss. Its got to a point for me where I find watching porn or masturbating to female celebrities more exciting then having sex with my wife and I want this to change!

I also believe excess and constant PMO has resulted in some hair loss I have been experiencing for the last 5 years. I realize this could be hereditary, stress or nutritional however most of the male figures in my family have retained their hair, especially the elders who have only experienced hair loss linked to age mainly. Nutrition wise I am very conscious of eating healthy and consume a good diet of fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, eggs etc.

I started really getting into porn and masturbating to female celebrities etc when I was 18 (I am 31), and used various masturbation forums which exist, yahoo groups etc to satisfy my urges. At this point I am free from using any of these groups so I am hoping to stay that way.

I definatley feel i'm at a better stage then ever to quit PMO for good. I've gone 7 days without PMO in the past no problem, a few times over a fortnight, 3 weeks very few times and only once over 30 days since teenage years
