Day 0 starting. I hope I can make it

 

I don't know where to hide my face after I relapsed today. Looking back in the past two years I have virtually done nothing except a few things which I was forced to do. Before I used to find excuses as to why I was becoming like that but now when I look back there is only a single reason for all this shit. It is PMO addiction. Period

I don't know who cursed me that I became like this but I am going to fight with this as I have been since many days, I am really really sad today, I don't want to be this beast anymore. Please god save me! I want to just be myself again. I cant get back the two years gone and wasted in PMO but I just want to discover myself again, as I said I want to meet myself again. This is my journey of self-discovery.

I feel your pain bro, I share it. This is a tough animal to beat, this pmo. But it is possible to beat it(no pun intended). This is a challenge but it is possible to overcome this obstacle. Hi all,
I saw a documentary about NoFap yesterday on Netflix, and right after it was finished, i looked for this website and decided
to participate. It is what i was looking for for a real long time, to cope with my porn addiction and related problems, so here i am.
Today is my first day without PMO and it's going very well. I am supermotivated to succeed and the interaction with you guys is helping a lot.
So thank you all for the support and helping each other, it's really nice to know you're not alone in this journey.

Day 3 completed. Hang in there guys, the urges only last as long as you give them attention! Distract yourselves with something healthy.

 

Day 1: Pretty straightforward only had some urges after I did MO yesterday which ended my 19 day streak. Roll on day 2!

Fuck, I just had a close call. Dead sober, just sitting, relaxing after the gym, I started to fantasize about some shit and grabbed my dick for about 10 seconds then asked myself, "What the fuck are you doing?! Stop!!" So I immediately went and took a cold shower. This doesn't count as "P" or "M", does it?

 

Im in too! Day 0...here we go

 

Made it 3 days and was able to resist my urges and get past some difficult situations but today I had a moment of weakness and gave in. Back to day 1 for me

 

Starting now at this time next week I will have completed this challenge. I'm looking to complete the 7, 14, and 21 day challenges

 

Let's give this another try! Here I am again. Day 0. Let's roll!

 

Count me in too. First time back to NoFap in over a year - I think I was only ever able to maintain a streak for 6-7 days maximum at the time. Ready to start off strong!

 

Signed up to Nofap yesterday. Day 1 of 7 for me. I'm going to be away from P.C. for a week. Can I utilise the help of Nofab via an iPhone? Good luck to everyone in this challenge

3 weeks in today. I haven't posted for the past few days but no news is good news. I had a much easier weekend than the last thoughts and "cravings-wise" I am a bit concerned about next week as my girlfriend is going away for a week so I will be alone with myself and my computer. guess I will just have to keep myself occupied
