7 days done successfully, i was able to do because i kept myself busy all the time form morning to till bed time.

 

Back to day 0...

 

Gonna start again. Day one today. I need more help in not relapsing. For those that know, I ended up deleting instagram off of my phone despite needing it for school contacts. My PMO addiction>School work as of right now. That's how serious i'll be about it.

 

Day 3 completed. It was a tough day and an easy day at the same time. It was tough because shit happened late in the day that totally threw my schedule out and kept me from getting home until about two hours later than I'd planned. That made it easy to stay away from porn. Time for a good sleep, and on with tomorrow.

At 10:00 am, PST, I will have reached my goal of 7 days, no PMO. Here's to the next 7.... Oh, also haven't drank either.
Today starts day 8.

I'm back on this 7-day challenge after a relapse! Hoping to find the strength this time.

Day 5 completed soon. Had some problematic dreams this morning though. It's like some part of my brain just hates that i quit P and tries to make me watch it in my dreams.. I hope it will pass soon - what's your experiences with this?
