    Hey Guys, Sorry if this is in the wrong section but is anyone able to help answer me??

    i have decided to stop P&M-ing Starting now, but I still have thoughts on why do I feel pain after I did P&M the last time?
    Does anyone else feel pain in their crotch before when they did P&M?

    If in doubt, probably best to see your doctor. In any case, abstaining is unlikely to make it worse, if not make it better.
