    Hi everyone!

At first I have a problem because i cant get an erection during intercourse. Fortunately, I can solve that problem, but now I have another problem. I have Premature Ejaculation, that means that I suffer for uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after intercourse begins. Ejaculation occurs before I wish it, with minimal sexual stimulation.

Anyone can help me to get rid of this problem?

  2. Both ED and PE are related to anxiety. It may be worth looking at psychosexual therapy sites (beware of triggers) Most techniques take the focus off predicting a problem and then experiencing it because of anxiety. The squeeze technique (look it up) does work for PE. Doctors can supply medication too.

A 90 day full reboot will solve all these problems ... If 90 is too long then give 30 days a shot and then see if anything improves .. I both agree and disagree with the advice @Cullengado gave you. I agree that PE and ED are caused by anxiety. But I disagree that squeeze techniques and medications from Doctors will really help you improve if you're excessively Pmo/Mo'ing. Porn or excessive masturbation are more than likely that cause of your anxiety so you'll have to refrain from those for a while which will get rid of your anxiety which will get rid of your PE/De

Exercise is your best friend when dealing with these problems, if you're not someone who likes to exercise then I ask you to just start at 10 push-ups and sit-ups combined with 2 minutes of light jogging everyday for at least 30 days. While also abstaining from anything sexual. I encourage you to dedicate what should be a max of only 3 and a half minutes everyday to fixing your brain and your dick. I guarantee you'll see major improvements in a very short amount of time.

well I've found that 10 out of 10 people with PE/ED have engaged in some form of it. Like our heart, lungs, eyes, liver and most other body parts our dicks usually start in normal working fashion until we do something like smoking drinking or in this case pmo that's screws them up. Also he's on a Reddit forum dedicated to former or current pmo addicts so I kinda assumed lol

Thank you very much, I will follow your advise. Can I have sex during these 90 days (I mean only no PM) or should I do no PMO at all (without sex)?

I think you should do at least the first 45 days with absolutely no sex or anything sexual at all...I say this because sex too soon into a reboot will most likely cause a relapse ..because most likely at some point when your alone you'll end up thinking about that great sex you had and you'll end up masturbating to the memories which could also lead to porn and then you're back at square one. You're dick isn't working properly because something in your brain isn't working properly just to put it bluntly. And just like a malfunctioning computer or phone you need to try and shut that part of your brain down for a little while and let it reboot so it will work properly again.

But that's the only downside I believe there is about sex during a reboot.. If you believe that you can have sex without relapsing then I don't think it would hurt your reboot but you'd be the only person I know of who didn't relapse after sex before the first month

Hey, I have both ED and PE as well. More PE than ED. But I know no PMO helps with both. Just give it a chance.

Yes! The biggest difference is the emotional intimacy. I feel truly connected to my wife. I also have PE. This has been intermittent. It's definitely based on anxiety. I've had some nights when PE disappeared completely.
