Checking in at end of day 3. I was quite productive done an hour jogging and weight training and finished a book called sapiens brief history by Israeli historian and Obama was recommending this book not directly by person though that would be awesome. I guess my imaginative nature is also coming back overall more stamina more interest in whatever I’m interested in and food taste better

37 days done, easier when you sleep in a sofa in the middle of an apartment with a family around you and no way to close off where you sleep.

I want to join. I have had success in the past, going for as long as 1 year without P/M, but this year I have only been able to go a few weeks. I am at the point where I need some accountability again!

I shared I approached 2 girls this week online, via chat. No responses. No regret.
Funny, another girl approached me. I answered. Long story short, it was the GF of my brother that I knew existed, but never knew in perso. She helped us reunion.
Now at least I chat with him via FB and some day we will meet in person.
All those coincidences show that my inner energy is raising and my life is transforming once again.

Guys I'm about 35 days in now. I had a wet dream last night, and woke up pretty erect. I think reboot is well underway.
Kegels over the past couple of weeks have really helped, and so has intense exercise every morning.
Still smoking a bit though, about 3-4 a day tops. Gotta cut that out.
You don't feel the need to drink or smoke as much if your sexual energy is on point, I think.

 

So in the course of that dream, I had an ejaculation and I stained my bed a bit.
I hope thats okay though. Don't think I have to reset my counters.
