I am Kapz from London. I have been a porn addict and Fap for 18 years which had detroyed my life. I lost the love of my life which i thought it was her but now learning about NoFap and Porn i now know it is me. I lost friends as i was setting high expectations of what type of girls to date and we should be dating.

I have now not fapped or edged for 24 hours and am now focused hard on this path after learning what FAP and Porn do to you. I treid a couple of times to give it up but had a lot of relapses. Now what i do is insted of watching Porn and Fapping. I watch youttube videos why not to watch porn and fap which is motivating me to keep going.

I had 2 x 100GB Hard drives of porn which i deleted yesterday. I wipped out all favourites that are linked to porn websites. I rebuilt my machine to clean it of any junk and I have sworn that if i come across any material of porn it is going straight in the bin.

This video was the turning point for me and i will be doing a journal here to record my experinces.
