Thanks for sharing! I do have a lot of regrets too. I'm looking for ways to stop playing the "what-if" game. It's hard. I have wasted so many opportunities.

Day 1: Finished! It was tough towards the end but it's over and done with. I've got a porn blocker app on my IPhone and I'm trying to get it to work on my IPad then I'll be much better.

Day 5, out of town for travel, will be more alert for phones and laptops in the room! Any tips for keeping nofap while travel, guys?
