[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I'm in. 14 didn't excite me as much, so I'm signing up for the 30 as well.

I am feeling the improvements after all. I am getting good at my skills now, but mood swings are just disgusting. Sometimes I became a sad for something.

day 6/30 Ohhhh my God! i can't stand the urge to do it just 4 once. last night, I didn't sleep at all because of z erection I had, n it felt like my fluid was gonna burst out of my thing for no reason! anyways good thing I didn't relapse yet! but it's getting worse to me as the days pass.

You can do it man, It's never worth to relapse. Just wait to see the benefits of NoFap and you will never think about relapsing again
