[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1

 

Day 3 complete.... feeling stronger mentally. I believe I can get control of PMO.

Day 6 done and I have a strong feeling I will make it and there is also this strange feeling that I am becoming a more positive person. I just cant imagine the negative person I was before. But this is just the beginning. Will try to stay strong and get stronger!

Tomorrow i start a new challenge of 30 days, goal is 90 or more days.

I'm in! Relapsed yesterday but I still haven't done a full day 1.

 

I had relapse yesterday. Starting a new seven day challenge again and hope I will complete it this time.

Checking in for day 3. I feel awesome inside. Feeling happier than in a long time. Really motivated to complete this challenge this time!

Day 2: Much easier than yesterday only minor urges in the morning but had a great day overall.

 

Well done! I'm aiming to start the 14 day challenge next... 1 day at time.. 1 week at a time... 1 month at a time. All the best

 

Day 2/7

 

EDGING is probably the WORST thing that I can do during this 7 day challenge. It will not happen again. There is no reason why my hands should be anywhere near that area aside from taking a piss. Edging usually happens on the computer, will take my laptop to a more public place to do work. Social media is GONE from my phone. Will leave my phone outside of the bathroom when I go to take a dump.
