    Greetings all
    Day 2 for me went well. I am staying in a hotel due to work and this 180 day warrior challenge helped me to not give in to P/M today. Hotels are tough places of temptation for me. The loneliness and the opportunity are a perfect storm... but tonight I didn't even turn on the TV when I went to bed and read instead. Why is it that I forget how good of a feeling it is to stay free when the pressure comes!? I want to remember and stay aware. Keep it up guys!

    Checking in 15/10/17 - Temptation's threat levels continue do dimininsh as my brain attempts to rewire my inner circuitry. Met a girl online who's a pleasure to talk with. Before I would be asking her to send nude pictures and the like, now I draw pleasure just from the stimulating conversations we have. How it should be.

    Together we can beat this

    Do you think it has to do with PMO?
    I´m kinda new here so I ask sincerely, so much I don´t know about NoFap.
    In any case,: stay strong!

  17. I think it's due to low dopamine levels, combined with the stressful time I'm having. My brain wants me to O to get its dopamine high, to relieve the anxiety and stress I'm going through, as I've used PMO as an escape all my life.

    I don't do cutting or anything like that, I just have annoying thoughts about my future, no desire and no energy for anything, I believe I'm in a flatline of sorts. Depression just isn't fun to deal with.

    Congratulations on staying strong! Awesome! =)

    I know that feeling. You will conquer your depression. Have you tried some meditation/gratitude lists/ sport/ etc.?

    Update:
    Going strong. Life is tough but I'm tougher. I can literally feel how my "skin" thickens and how I get more robust to stressors.
    I stand stronger for myself, accepting much less bullshit.
    Anybody with a similar experience?

    Meditation and yoga are powerful tools for sure especially thr grattitude lists,helped me conquer my depression,anxiety and drug/cigg adicction and heal the roots! About to jump in the sauna right now,another great stress releiver great way to get out of the mind chatter bullcrap lol
