How often did you PMO, and for how long?

When really addicted, maybe 2-3 times per week. But I started to watch less and less porn, about 2-3 times a month. (But did masturbate before every date I had to last longer).

The symptoms: Depression and really bad anhedonia (Tried everything before I found this page). Started to develop ED.

Now: PM-free for 50 days (No porn, No masturbation but sex it's okay for me)

 

I usually M'ed to P about 3-4 a week. Longest session was probably around 45 mins. I felt completely awful every time after I ejaculated. I just felt useless and horrible and lonely, wishing that I could be someone else. After I ejaculated I would be extremely quiet for the rest of the day, barely saying anything to anyone. I am glad that I am slowly getting away from these symptoms!

 

10 or 12 times a month. I think 40 or 50 minutes.

 

Every day. 1-2 times a day. 20 min sessions. Feel so depressed after fapping. My brain will try and justify any reason to pull on my self. But I now know that if I stay busy, the cravings slowly disappear.

 

At my worst, every day every now and then a couple times in one day. At my best, every couple of days.
Sessions lasting from 15 mins to an hour.

 

Usually twice a day about 30 to 45 min sessions. Didn't realize it was a problem until it was taking me longer to be satisfied and even when I did achieve orgasim I was still looking at porn.

 

When I was home -- I'd do it literally every time I'd be alone. Sometimes even 5 to 6 times a day, with the occasional exception.
However, due to being in the army (not US army) I did not always have the time to fap;
But it got to the point where I'd just do it anyway at the base when the opportunity arose.
That's around the time I figured I should put a stop to this detrimental hobby of mine.

At first reading through these posts I was horrified to think about how much I used to do it reading these posts. But your post helps my 2-3 times a day at the peak for me seem to be more realistic.

 

My average was a couple of times a week, typically around an hour, but occasionally I binged a lot longer.

If I was on a work trip about 3 times a day. I'd also do it at work in the toilets. Once did it in a plane toilet.

Pretty ashamed of myself to be honest but on 90 days free so far. It's getting harder though.

 

Over the past couple years probably 2-3 times per week, but I would edge for extended periods of time. Usually I would end up going on Omegle at some point during the day and waste the rest of the day there sex chatting/roleplaying, and if I didn't finish then that night after my wife went to bed I'd go on for hours again. There are days where I spent 8+ hours online, and that's so disgusting to think about now. I haven't gone on Omegle in 28 days now, and I'll be happy if i I never go back there again. M was never my problem, it was the prolonged search for the "right" conversation to get me over the edge. If I can be like a "normal" person and M for a couple minutes in the shower now and then if I'm horny and leave it at that, I don't see that as a problem for me.

 

I would PMO several times a week, normally just if I was bored. I used to have a ritual of PMOing on a Sunday morning before everyone else got up, which would often last from 8am to 11-12am. During school holidays I'd do it a lot more. Longest sessions I've had have lasted whole days, often if my parents were out all day. On one occasion I even got chatting to this person and went a week doing dares they sent me. That was during one of my worse periods.

I too used to spend long periods of time on omegle, however I couldn't do it too often if my parents were home. I never really got into the whole omegle thing when it came to PMO, however recently I've found it quite fun to go on omegle and use it was it was intended, to talk to strangers. (Talk, ie about the weather, not asking for nudes lol). I've had 3 decent conversations in the past week, and in fact 2 were with women. I'm finding it fun and good practise because I'm often unsure what to say in a conversation with someone I barely know. Omegle lets you practise in that sense, without the fear of messing up a conversation. I think if used correctly, omegle can be really beneficial. There are triggers all over that site, however, so be warned.

 

I would masturbate whenever I had the chance, whether it be in the rest areas of highways, restrooms at everything from departments stores to supermarkets, as well as my own home. I once (in 1999) masturbated eight times in one day. On more than one occasion, the first time begin in the 9th grade, I jerked off so hard that my penis actually beld. My goal is to eliminate this from my life, and finally find a woman who actually loves me.

 

Sorry to sound silly guys but what is edging?

 

Edging is to masturbate but when you near orgasm you stop. Typically after that I'd wait a few seconds to start touching myself again for a little bit. The point of this is to not achieve orgasm but to still touch yourself while giving the user a rush like experience without a relapse. Essentially for me at least; whenever I relapse on this site's counter I start by saying "oh, I'll just edge for a little to stop". But what happens is that nearing the orgasm I'll keep going too far and then end up achieving orgasm without wanting to. That is why I don't personally edge because of the fact that the orgasm is likely to occur by this.

Also, this edging process clearly demonstrated to me what the term "precum ejaculation" is and I say this because I didn't reach a final orgasm but there was a small amount of a clear substance being released from me. This caused me to stop and research "precum ejaculation" to see if I was still healthy or if this NoFap has negatively effected my body (I did this mostly because of Borgore's song titled Premature Ejaculation).

It felt that way to me.

 

As early as 12 years old, average 2-3 a week, and it kept on that way until I was 16, average became 3-5 a week. Now that I'm 18, average is 2-3 a day. Even after ejaculating I'm still looking at porn. So it needs to go away. I'm going to keep myself away from porn and masturbation although sex is alright to me... but then I'm still a virgin. lol
