Hi all. I have been fapping since I was 12. On average it used to be once a day everyday, and sometimes more than once depending on the day. I just turned 28 now, and I have been masturbating a lot since a few weeks back, sometimes up to 5 times a day. I didn't realize the harmful effects fapping and porn had on me over the years and especially now.

After doing research and reading about porn addiction, masturbation, I now realize my arousal and erections (over the years of watching porn and fapping) are directly linked to porn and certain mental fantasy. When I'm next to a real woman it's hard to be erect for long and even then those erections aren't that strong. I have never ejaculated during intercourse, blowjob, or handjob. Never. I finished myself off in the bathroom by again masturbation with certain fantasies. So I finally decided to take action and try NoFap.

It's been 5 days now that I have been on Nofap. I'm trying my hardest to remove those thoughts that come up, or fantasize about erotic things, or watch porn. My brain has been trying to be sneaky since it wants it's high dosage of dopamines from porn. But I have been resilient thus far. Sometimes I do start thinking about dirty stuff but then i shut it down.
