Welcome! You are in the right place. 25 years is a long long time. So, be patient, it's a simple program - but it can be difficult.

Also, the "Getting Started with NoFap" guide on the home page is free and I have found it very useful. I had to read it several times to see myself in it.

Lastly, I like to get involved in the forums and groups. Getting that personal involvement is important for me.

I have a similar situation with a almost 20 years addiction, 8 years married with 2 daughters and hopefully another boy or girl at some point in the future .

There is so much history, so many attempts to get free, so many talks etc etc. I get and understand where you are at bru.

But this site has something special about it, a blessing if you will. The more time I spend here, the more enlightened I become about the addiction and what it has done to me and the lies I believed.

Add to that so many great Fapstranauts that have nailed it 100, 250, 500+ days of freedom which creates the belief that we can all find freedom!!
