Day 4/30: Feeling energetic and peacefull. No urges of any meaning, came upon some pornlike pictures in an ad on my browser, it didn't arouse me at all, just clicked it away

Forgot to comment yesterday so here is Day 3/30 And,

I've gotta start over. Damn...day Zero. I went a week, but FMO (FantasizeMO). It's getting better, though. Used to be multiple times a day, basically every day of the week. Now, once in the last 7 days and once the 8 days before that. See you all on the other side of 30!!

Relapsed today so back to day 1 tomorrow, one more trigger to note and avoid. This time I WILL not fail.
