Yesterday was busy!!!!! Urges were really bad!!!!! I made it out barely!

 

Day 7/30

Yesterday, was good day. There was huge urges when I was triggered by the YouTube video. Now, I'm following NoYouTube also for some days.

 

I hope I’m not too late to join

 

Day 5/30: Slept not that well, but no NOFap related problems, just a bit tired.
No morning wood or other temptations.
Still grateful i can be part of this great community
