I'm heading into day 7. Hope I can achieve this challenge and better myself in controlling my PMO.

@2525 I’ve made it another day. Into Day 4. Woke up with wood this AM. Felt good in my hand, but I left it alone...

 

I'm in! Currently my streak is 3 days but starting this challenge my 7 days will be completed on day 10 of my streak.

Day 5th today. 4 days have passed, no PM. Proud of you self.

 

DAY 7 COMPLETE!!! Another week down. Nofap is the way guys, all it takes is patience.

 

As of 19:24, I have gone a second twenty-four hour period without viewing pornography, masturbating, or achieving orgasm (measured from 19:24 on 10/18/17). During this period, I achieved most of my professional goals, and attended an air consumption exercise at my fire station. (I was on SCBA for 22 minutes, and completed all eight stations during that time.) At this point, I am likely too exhausted to think about PMO, let alone consummate the act.

 

Reset to zero number two. Made a little more progress! day three is getting closer. I'm convinced I can do it!

 

Day 2: Overall a good day, had two urges that were a bit stronger this evening but was able to resist.

 

Day 5 complete! Two more days to reach my goal

 

Day 4 over half way there. Some boredom and temptation, but not very heavy. Stayed clean.

Alright since I cant even complete the 14 day challenge I am going to start fresh and start small. Build my way up to the top (365 days without PMO). But here I go on the 7 days challenge! Please stay strong with me I know I can do this. I have been getting better since joining this website. I just need to control my relapses.
