    Hello. My name is Pandie, I live in the UK and I'm 19. I'm on my 4th day of NO PMO and I'm on my second attempt.
    I started this lifestyle because I have read a lot of success stories with curing social anxiety and I am very interested in giving it a go for that benefit and many others I've found from the no PMO community.

    Today is day 25 of no pmo! It's more like no PO now though because I've done exercises to help release/transfer sexual energy
