    Guys I'm not an expert the fact that my longest streak was 14 days but I relapsed maybe more then 5 times and what I realized was maybe on day 3-4/5 I get really anxious at night and depressed sometimes , but it come in waves ,like a mood swing ,, so if you feel depressed or anxious don't worry it will pass I'm 100 percent sure guys

    When it come it hits really hard but it will pass if you have being depressed for years like me you learn that it sucks and can seem like it will not but it will, it always does.
