enough!

I'm not quite sure what to say here, as I've never posted anything like this before. Basically I want to stop masturbating to porn. Not only is it ruining my sex life, but I have been seemingly unsuccessful at quitting on my own. There is just so much great porn out there! Before I know it I'm spending hours browsing it online and promising myself I will quit tomorrow. This has been going on for a decade with increasing frequency and more and more subversive interests. I don;t want to do it anymore! I've never been part of a support group before, so I am skeptical that this will even help, but I am quite literally desperate.
