In the moment fighting urges?

    I keep making it to about 30 days, and then I have to reset my counter because a inconvient time I get a urge, and come to close to edging. I haven't PO in almost 60 days but the almost is getting to close... What are some good tips and advice for in the moment fighting urges, especially when your in the wrong place at the wrong time?

    Someone on here said that self awareness is the most important. I can't find the thread now but if you can recognise what is happening and remember that a. The urge will subside and b. You can let the thoughts and urge come but not act

  3. The easy way out is to learn your triggers and avoid them when the first sign appears. In my case frustation and gazing at women (on the street) that I want to fap to are HUGE triggers so when I am feeling down and lonely or staring too much I know I should do something imediatly, one thing that helps is knowing the reason why I am doing NoFap.

  4. The only way I've made it as far as I have, is by learning what exactly happens during my urges and how they start. You truly need to figure it out in order to combat the feelings, like for me usually it's a faint whisper in my head telling me it's okay or using excuses to get me back.
