End of day two. Proud of myself.

 

I want to be in. I am a masturbation addict. I have tried to stop earlier but was not successful. Hope you guys motivate me and help me quit this addiction.

day 2/7 done! I just had some urges cause I was chatting with a handsome dude, but I didn't do it anything.

 

Today I relapsed without even feeling much stress over it. I just kind of wanted to. The past two days, I've been a lazy sack of crap. I need to get back on track. I am willfully putting myself behind now.

Day 6: Done! Today I filled out the paper work for my new job, I'm so excited! Normally I'd be quite nervous but so far I'm only a little nervous maybe I'm getting some confidence back already. I didn't have a single thought about PMO at all today and no urges either which is really nice. One or two fantasy thoughts crossed my mind as I'm talking to a girl I met online a few months ago again. Not sure how things will go there but she's been really supportive of me so we shall see. 24 hours and I'll have completed the seven day challenge. Tomorrow will be my day zero for the 14 day challenge I'm ready to tackle that.
