How long it should take, are we all the same?

    My question is:
how long it will take to recover our mind from this addict?
How long to make the dopamine level and triggers like a normal healthy human-being?
Is our insensitive neurone or dopamine receptors disabled totally or damaged if that happend for long long time?

If I have 27 years of addict is it the same for a young fellow who is addicted for 3 years?

How long it should take, any rules or experience

It took me like half a year to cure with 6 years of intense MO to P.
But durring my recovery I wasnt relying on how much it should take, 1 year or 10...doesnt matter as long as you get your final desired results.

Everyone is different. Even 10 people who have been addicted as long as you will all heal at different speeds. Sex and wet dreams are fine. Masturbating without porn may be okay depending on your rules. If you do allow it go as long as you possibly can before having an MO. I was able to go 70 days.

How often was your porn usage? That makes a difference. Someone who pmos many times a day and getting into really kinky stuff is going to have a REALLY hard time going even a couple of days. They will however, see great changes after just a week of nofap. Someone who pmos occasionally like, once a day at the most, can go on a 1 or 2 week streak no problem. But the trade off will be that they can't see benefits from nofap for a long time. Ask quality questions and be honest with yourself. The reboot process is much more than just not waking it. You must grow as an individual. Keep up the good work!
