This daily commitment is so great. Making the effort in finding new reasons everyday that justifies my decision of not seeing porn will help me to support that decision, that action (or no-action) with consistent thougts. I realize that if I happen to feel a tentation of relapse, from the back of my mind a voice will say: "What about all those logical reasons you give earlier? They don't count anymore." And this can help to avoid that tentation. It has somehow the same effect of having an accountable friend (well, this forum is about having accountable people; the anonimity doesn't matter, it works the same).

You're right, use the things that help you avoid a relapse, no matter why, no matter how, if they work, use them !
As long as your thinking brain (frontal lobes) is quicker to shed away from temptations with reason than your limbic system is wanting them (dopamine), you are winning !
It just comes down to that, everytime ! Keep going buddy !
