Sick of it

    I have attempted to deal with my addiction to porn and masturbation through a number of avenues. It was not until recently that I realized this is affecting me spiritually, emotionally and physically. I am just fed enough to change. Looking forward to learning and getting the support I need to grow up. Grateful for this forum.

    Great first step, man. For me, it started as a willpower thing. Saying, I could do this myself. But through this journey, I saw in myself that I was incapable. That's where God stepped in. He'd been there the whole time, and has since been my biggest Help. That, and I've got brothers who hold me accountable. That has helped more than they'll ever know. I'm blessed beyond measure. For sure.
