[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Today went well. My productivity was a little shot when I came home, but I eventually settled in and was working well. Hardly any urges today, and nothing that was major. I just gotta keep my eyes on the prize and stay aware of my temptations.

 

Almost through Day 1. Feeling good so far. Having this challenge in mind and this group as a place to post is super helpful. Hopefully it will continue to be so all the way through.

 

Day 3. I have to check in everyday and read a lot of stuff in nofap to keep myself motivated.

Day three begins!

 

It's the start of day 4 for me, and I woke up with some incredible urges, topped off with a weird dizzy feeling in my head that made it seem like I needed to act on it. After a while it eventually passed. Four days ago is when I first admitted I had a problem, but this is the first time I've had withdrawal symptoms. Gonna have to stay even stronger from here on out. Onward to day 7!

I had already completed the 14,21 Day Challenge. But, I relapsed two times in the last 10 days. So, I'm starting a from a little goals.

I'll be reaching to the 120 Days.

 

it's the second day, I still feel perfect. Maybe this challenge in easy for me because I usually masturbate once a week. anyway, it is just a report which helps me to stay focus on the task. thanks anybody
