Day 14 complete. Had some crazy urges yesterday but made it thru.

14 day challenge completed. Best of luck to everyone else in this challenge.

 

Day 6/14. Almost one week

 

Day 1/14.

Today was difficult - that feeling that the only way to relieve the craving is to give into it. Feels like it will never go away sometimes.

 

Day 1/14. Today went well, made myself busy. The urge to M is coming from a naughty chat I had with a female friend, but hanging in.

 

Day 10 ... energy poring in ...

This may be my longest MO streak so far. No idea how long my longest P abstinence was, but at least several weeks.
Urges are no big issue at the moment. I am still very productive and energetic, so I do not think that this is flatline already.
Overall feeling fine, mood is pretty good.

Day 2... feeling a little sad but I keep going...

 

Whelp here's to day 2. Still a long way to go but I feel confident in my ability to make it. I know that this is just the calm before the storm but nothing has ever been so important. This addiction is the only thing left in my life that's holding me back.

 

Day 3/14. Last night I thought for sure I was going to cave, but I'm still going strong. I've been keeping a strict no phone in bed policy, and I think sticking with that has been one of the most helpful things for me. It doesn't stop the cravings, but it does provide a level of protection.

I've gone one week w/o "O" but this is day one without P and M.
